I was served by both Alvie and YK throughout the sale process - from the first view, test drive, price negotiation and eventually car collection.  I am not the easiest customer and was quite fussy.  Both gentlemen were patient, accommodated to my demands and tried to not only sell me a car, but to make sure I had the best experience and support.  YK even picked me up from OneKA where I hand over my previous car and drive me to the show room to pick up my new ride.  The kicker?
